"I believe in helping people own their stories and discover their strengths. At our core, we are all capable of resiliency. I work with my clients to help them find that strength and manifest it in the best way possible. With a synergistic approach of Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy, I aim to help individuals and families gain insight into the origin of their distress, discover an alternative way of seeing themselves and take strategic steps to engage in healthy behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and interactions. Together, we can help you become the best version of yourself."
“My hobbies include reading and writing poetry; my vices are coffee and Cheesecake; I am a mom of multiples and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.”
