MEET THE THERAPIST
Taye David Adams
"I believe in helping people own their stories and discover their strengths. At the core of who we are, we are all unique. My goal is to help people find that unique core and manifest it in the best way possible. With a synergistic approach of Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy, I aim to help individuals and families gain insight into the origins of their distress, discover an alternative way of seeing themselves and take strategic steps to engage in healthy behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and interactions. Together, we can help you become the best version of yourself."
